Code of Conduct

Conduct Agreement:

By registering and participating in the Freelancers Conference, all attendees, speakers, sponsors, partners, organizers, and contributors agree to our code of conduct.

The Freelancers Conference is dedicated to providing an inclusive and harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disabilities, neurodiversity, physical appearance, body size, ethnicity, nationality, race, age, religion, or other protected category.

We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. The Freelancers Conference committee and event platform host Hopin takes violations of this policy seriously. We will respond appropriately by removing a participant if we deem a participant has violated this policy.

If you experience harassment or uncomfortable behavior during the conference, please email us at and we will take immediate action.

We expect all participants to follow this code of conduct in and out of the conference, including the reception area, main stage, workshop sessions, networking, expo, chat, polls, and beyond. Thank you for your compliance to help make this a safe and fun event.
